Hospitality has been in my bones since my first job and throughout a decade of wedding planning, where I created experiences people remember for years.
When I began investing in vacation rentals, I quickly realized the industry often prioritizes volume over care. Inaccurate listings, reactive management, and inflated projections were common.
Hostia was built to operate differently.
We treat every property like a home, not a listing. Before launch, we ensure owners understand compliance, realistic revenue, expenses, and seasonality. From there, we combine intentional hospitality, hands-on oversight, revenue strategy, and secure systems to create sustainable performance.
